1. Our role

CinemaMV is a fan-made website that uses data from public APIs (such as TMDB) to display information about movies and TV series. We do not host any video or media files on our own servers.

Download and streaming options shown on CinemaMV usually point to:

• Our own or partner Telegram channels
• Third-party streaming hosts such as Lulustream and similar services

Because of this, some copyright issues may actually relate to third-party platforms rather than CinemaMV itself. However, we take every complaint seriously and will review any valid request.

2. What to include in your DMCA / removal request

To help us process your request quickly, please include the following information in your message:

• 1. Your full name and, if applicable, the company or organization you represent.
• 2. Contact details: a valid email address and (optional) phone number.
• 3. Exact URL(s) on CinemaMV where the allegedly infringing content or links are displayed.
• 4. Description of the work you own or represent (movie / series title, year, etc.).
• 5. Proof of ownership or authorization (for example, a link to an official website, license, or clear statement of your rights).
• 6. A good-faith statement that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• 7. A confirmation statement such as: “I declare that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

3. How we handle requests

Once we receive a complete and clear request:

• We will review the mentioned URL(s) on CinemaMV.
• Where appropriate, we may temporarily disable or remove the link or post while investigating.
• If the complaint is valid, we will permanently remove or edit the content or links on our website.
• In some cases we may also inform users or partners who originally submitted the content or links.

Please note that removal of links or embeds from CinemaMV does not automatically remove the content from third-party platforms such as Telegram channels or Lulustream. You may need to contact those services directly as well.
