FAQ – CinemaMV Help

Here are some common questions about CinemaMV, Telegram downloads and how our system works. If you still need help, you can always contact us.

1. What is CinemaMV?

CinemaMV is a fan-made movie and TV series hub. We show details like title, cast, genres, rating, storyline and trailer, plus safe redirects to streaming and Telegram download options when available.

2. Do you host movies or TV episodes on your servers?

No. CinemaMV does not host any video or media files on our own servers. We only:

• Use TMDB API for movie & TV information
• Embed third-party video players like Lulustream
• Redirect users to Telegram for file delivery

3. How do Telegram download links work?

When you click a Telegram download button on CinemaMV, you are redirected to our official CinemaMV Telegram bot. The bot:

• Automatically sends the requested file to your Telegram chat
• Stores that file only temporarily to save space
• Deletes the temporary copy after a short time

To keep any file permanently, you must forward it to your own Saved Messages or any private chat before the temporary copy is deleted.

4. Why does the bot say the file will be deleted?

Our CinemaMV Telegram bot uses an auto-clean system. That’s why you see messages like:

This file is a temporary copy and will be automatically deleted soon to save space.
To keep the file permanently:
1) Forward it to your Saved Messages or any personal chat.
2) Start the download from the forwarded message.

✅ Files Deleted Successfully
Your temporary file(s) have been deleted to free up storage.
Don’t forget to forward files you want to keep permanently.

These messages are normal and part of our system to keep the bot fast and clean.

5. The file disappeared from the bot. What should I do?

If the file was deleted before you forwarded it:

• Go back to the relevant movie or series page on CinemaMV
• Click the Telegram download button again
• The bot will resend a fresh, temporary copy

6. I requested a movie / series. How long will it take to upload?

We try to process requests as soon as possible, but timing depends on:

• How popular the title is
• Quality and language you requested
• Current workload and upload queue

If a requested title is not possible to upload, we may skip or delay it.

7. Why are there pop-up or redirect ads?

We use third-party ad networks (PropellerAds, Adsterra, PopAds, etc.) to keep CinemaMV online for free. Some of these ads may open in new tabs or show pop-unders.

We never intentionally place harmful content, but we do recommend using a modern browser and avoiding suspicious pages opened by ads.

8. Can I request you to remove a link or page?

Yes. If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and want a link or page removed, please read our DMCA / Content Removal page and contact us with full details.
